Personality/Bio: There isn't much to tell, bio wise. He did graduate high-school, but went straight to buying the rundown space near a certain awful apartment.
He painted,repaired, and decorated it on his own, and turned the garbage dump the space was into a colorful, fun tattoo shop. Business in the shop isn't particularly
slow or fast, but at a moderate, comfortable pace. One day, a green-haired boy came walking into the shop.
"I want a tattoo"
"Which one?"
"uh"
...and then he dashed out. Friendship at first sight, or whatever they say. That boy was One, and they are good friends. Well, I'm pretty sure they're friends. One yells at
Frankie a lot, but Frankie seems content, so lets go w/ friendship. He is gender fluid, and switches between dressing as a male or female. As long as you don't call him "it",
he doesn't care what pronoun you use. If you use "it", he will destroy you.
